WP2 –Co-Designing The Greenentre4deaf Living Hub Program
WP2 aims:
Develop a Transitional Mapping Tool to present green-oriented organizations employing DHH individuals through with 50 good practices and 18 video interviews, inspiring sustainable entrepreneurship
Engage DHH individuals, professionals, and experts through consultations and peer reviews to co-design sign language frameworks and validate VR scenarios.
Develop the Inclusive Green Industry Handbook based on CEDEFOP frameworks, detailing skills and profession-specific modules for DHH learners.
Provide HEIs with the Living Hub Methodology, including VR integration, tailored training, and job-shadowing opportunities to foster inclusivity.
Ensure all outputs are aligned with industry needs, ensuring relevance, transferability, and practical application for DHH learners and educators.
